Q: How Do I Recognize I Need a New Roof?

A: Although you may think it's easy to detect when you are in need of a new roof, it may take you by surprise. Roof problems are often times found after there is leaking or serious damage. Signs you might need a new roof before something that drastic takes place would be stains and streaks on your attic ceiling, checking the last time you had your roof done, cracked or damaged shingles, and if your roof starts sagging.

Q: What Are My Options If I Need a New Roof?

A: There are many durable roofing options to choose from. At Maple Leaf Contracting LLC, we offer metal and shingle roofing options for your residential roofs. Our team can go over the costs and benefits of both with you to ensure you get the right roofing for your home.

Q: What is Vinyl Siding?

A: Vinyl siding was originally introduced as a cost effective and durable alternative to aluminum siding during the 1950s. Fast forward to today, it is the most popular choice for siding in the United States. Vinyl siding consists of two layers, the top layer or capstock and a second layer known as the substrate.

Q: Does Vinyl Siding Require Maintenance?

A: Vinyl siding requires little to no maintenance. There is no need for painting it either. If there is any damage to the vinyl, it can be easily replaced by our skilled team of vinyl siding contractors.

Q: What Are the Benefits of Vinyl Fencing?

A: Vinyl fencing is durable, strong, and requires low maintenance. They are also easy to install & cost effective.

Q: Will the Vinyl Fencing Break in Extreme Weather?

A: As with most plastics, vinyl will become less flexible in colder weather conditions. However, unless subjected to unusual impact, it will not break. It is normal for vinyl fence materials to expand and contract during temperature changes.
